"That which liberates the mind"

Chanting the mantra today had the wonderful effect of liberating my mind from the material situations that we find ourselves in every day, from being on the train, to having meetings, to conducting your daily duties. The material world is a tough place to be in, we see much duality around us; happiness & distress, good & bad, hot & cold, etc. But the chanting of the Holy Names completely liberates from all these things so that all our activities can be engaged in something that is far above the dualities of this world.
